This website is published by United Partners for Legal Services and Legal Consultancy LLC (United Legal Partners, "ULP"), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Iraq under C.R. 2-35865 and licensed by the Iraqi Bar Association. Its content is general information on Iraqi law as at the date of each page or note and is not legal advice. Reading this site or sending a message through it does not create a lawyer-client relationship, which arises only on a signed engagement letter after a conflict check. The firm accepts no liability for action taken on the basis of this site without specific advice.

Privacy notice

Information you send through the contact form or by email (your name, company, contact details and the description of your matter) is used only to reply to you and to carry out a conflict check, is kept confidential under the rules of the Iraqi legal profession, and is not sold or shared with third parties. The site does not use advertising cookies. Embedded maps are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own privacy terms when you interact with them. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, write to info@ulpiq.com.
